Goal of the course:
In this course all necessary Informational Architectures will come
up for discussion. They are thoroughly treated, arranged and
presented in a consistent way. Every day the diversity of a certain
type of architecture is discussed and you acquire insight in the
nature of that type of information architecture and in what it can
and/or could mean for your organization.
The familiar triangle process - data - IT lies at the core of the

the hype of the moment or merely presented as a solution for many

At this moment, one organization generally has several architectures
of one type. The effort must be aimed at bringing back that
multiplicity in architectures to one satisfying overall image. Every
type must fit into the total image in consistency with the other
types.
Insight in the models that
make up architectures makes it possible to integrate different
architectures. Because of this simplification, it is much easier to
get an overview! Information architectures provide insight!
